Documentation of our activities

  • Monday, June 26: 

We had dinner together and then joined in a session in the evening afterwards.

  • Tuesday, June 27 and Wednesday, June 28:  

There were 4 sessions distributed across the day, 1 for walking meditation and Qi Gong exercises, 1 for sounding-improvs, 1 for T'ai Chi and  movement improvs and one that combined both sound and movement. 

There was assigned a break for personal free-time during each day.

  • Thursday, June 29:

We had 2 sessions.

Some people had to leave earlier than others, and their send-offs were taken care of by Kristin and Heloise in a loving way. - Considering how to give them a pleasant departure and how to keep focus in the group of people remaining. In co-operation with the participants we decided to have an extra session for the people staying longer where we revised some of the things that were taught during the Retreat.
