More details about what we did at the Retreat

Healing movement

Through her teachings of Tai Chi/Chi Gong, Taoism, and dance and movement-meditation Heloise Gold conveys and aides understanding of how we can heal our body through movement. 

An example:

Each morning we started with a walking meditation outdoors. The body felt uplifted and energized as we connected with our surroundings. We took deep breaths and connected to the healing powers of the natural universe. Each day´s walk had a different focus, for example grounding, continuity, returning. This was a unique experience and one to savor! 

Creative Movement

Through various movement improvisations we had the opportunity to play and discover, and gain more acceptance of our own creativity. By focusing both on the body and our creativity we connected with ourselves; body, heart and mind. 

Creative voice

Through various sounding exercises and improvisations we became aware of our inner voices, explored our external voices, and learned to unify the two. Work with the breath and the sounding body helped expand awareness, power and range. And it was a lot of fun!
